To Whom Does The Sun Rise?

by: Abeer Anwar

The themes of this story are collaboration and coexistence, as presented in the story of the children: Seif anf Mounir, who have been raised together in the house of Grandma Fatma. After Seif goes to school, his manners and attitude to Mounir change as his schoolmates blame him for dealing with someone who doesn’t belong to his faith… this continues until the grandma gets sick and the crisis brings them back together.
